Expertise
Communication
Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.
Time Management
Time management is an oxymoron. Time is beyond our control, and the clock keeps ticking regardless of how we lead our lives. Priority management is the answer to maximizing the time we have.
Self-motivation
Long-term, we must begin to build our internal strengths. It isn't just skills like computer technology. It's the old-fashioned basics of self-reliance, self-motivation, self-reinforcement, self-discipline, self-command.
Adaptability
There are so many different walks of life, so many different personalities in the world. And no longer do you have to be a chameleon and try and adapt to that environment - you can truly be yourself.

Interest
Adventure
For me, adventure is always accompanied by a sense of excitement, anticipation and novelty. Maybe even a little bit of fear, but in a good way!
Gamming
A big reason why I love video games, is because they are an escape from our sometimes boring and monotonous lives. The feeling you get when you complete a good game is a feeling that's hard to compete with.
Swimming
No matter what is going on outside of the pool, for an hour or two I can unplug from everything. Whether it is work, conflict and drama with the people in our lives. Swimming gives me the opportunity to shut it out. No cell phone, no social media, no nothing. Just me and the black line.
